Thorough Events is delighted to be collaborating with The Bahrain Tourism & Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) – our esteemed partners in creating the Royal Bahrain Concours. The BTEA is the official government entity that promotes tourism and attracts visitors to Bahrain; a diverse island rich in culture, heritage and entertainment. 

Bahrain was at the heart of the first civilisation in the Arabian Peninsula and has a fascinating history that goes back 4000 years to the early Bronze Age. Today, visitors are invited to explore the nation’s rich cultural heritage, as well as indulge in world-class shopping malls, delicious and varied cuisine, thrilling activities and relaxing escapes. 

A highly diverse society; the population is comprised of 46% locals and 54% expatriates. While Arabic is the official language, English is very widely spoken.
